Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
We provide land freight transportation, door-to-door delivery, LTL & FTL
consolidation, warehousing, and customs clearance services primarily between the UAE
and Saudi Arabia, including services via our facilities in Mainland UAE, JAFZA, and Riyadh.
2. Shipment Booking & Scheduling
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via official communication
channels.
• Transit times are estimates and may vary due to border delays, customs
procedures, or unforeseen events.
3. Packaging & Labeling
• The customer is responsible for proper packaging and labeling of all
shipments.
• Non-compliance may result in delays or rejection at the receiving facility.
4. Customs Clearance
• We assist in documentation and customs clearance; however, any penalties
or delays due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the
customer are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Warehousing Terms
• Goods stored in our facilities are handled with due care. However, liability is
limited to damages caused by proven negligence.
• Storage charges may apply for delayed pickups or extended warehousing
unless agreed otherwise.
6. Delivery
• Door-to-door delivery includes pickup, transit, clearance, and final drop-off.
• Deliveries are subject to access availability and customer coordination.
7. Charges & Payment
• All service charges are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.• Invoices are due as per the agreed payment terms. Delayed payments may
attract penalties or service suspension.
8. Security Deposit (if applicable)
• A refundable security deposit may be required for certain services, payable
before service initiation.
• Refunds are subject to final account clearance and confirmation of service
completion.
9. Liability & Insurance
• We are not liable for losses due to force majeure events such as natural
disasters, border closures, or political unrest.
• Insurance is available upon request. Customers are advised to insure high-
value cargo.
10. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the
UAE, and resolved through arbitration or the competent local courts.
